After an intensive eight-month program under the guidance of the Global Leadership Institute at Andrews University in Michigan, LeadLab 2.0 concludes, proudly welcoming 30 graduates. This cohort marks the second wave of accomplished leaders hailing from the Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. The milestone was celebrated during the opening sessions of the annual midyear meetings of the Adventist Church in the Southern Asia-Pacific region, held from May 6th to 7th, 2024, at the Life Hope Impact Center, Silang, Cavite.

"SSD is a pioneer in the LeadLab Program," states Dr. Erich Baumgartner, founding director of the Global Leadership Institute. "SSD is not just here to learn but to multiply LeadLab as soon as LeadLab is over. We appreciate SSD for their full support of this program."

Dr. Randy Siebold, Associate Director of the Global Leadership Institute, emphasizes that this is not merely a program but a focused endeavor. “It's been a journey of introspection, dialogue, and collaboration over the past months, dedicated to improving personal and collective growth as leaders,” Dr.Siebold added.

LeadLab 2.0 reminds leaders that while it is admirable to hold positions of leadership, the program isn't about titles. Its purpose is to cultivate better leaders, guiding participants step by step towards continuous improvement and growth in the likeness of Jesus.

LeadLab aims to multiply leaders who respond faithfully to the calling bestowed upon them by God. It guides participants step by step toward living as leaders within the Global Leadership community. The journey doesn't end with the program's conclusion; instead, it propels them forward, encouraging continuous growth and laying the foundation for even greater growth tomorrow.

SSD leadership expresses full support for the program, urging participants to apply their learnings and mentor others in sharing Jesus’ leadership principles. "We want graduates to truly embrace this experience," said Pastor Stephen Salainti, SSD Vice President for Leadership, emphasizing the importance of applying new knowledge, reflecting prayerfully, and nurturing a supportive community based on truth.

The SSD Administration graced the graduation, handing over certificates to all who completed the program.
